These terms apply when you access or use clssrm. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

clssrm is an operations tool for class-based businesses. It helps studios manage recurring schedules, students, instructors, dated session rosters, attendance, and manual financial records. It is not a marketplace, payment processor, or accounting service.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the security of your credentials, and activity performed through your workspace. You must use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Your data

You retain responsibility for the information entered into your workspace. You confirm that you have the right to collect and use that information and to give clssrm permission to process it to provide the service.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the billing period shown at checkout. Prices and plan details may change with reasonable notice. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the account billing settings.

Availability and changes

We work to keep clssrm reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, clssrm is provided without implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
