How it works in your language school

From the weekly timetable to each student’s record.

  1. 01

Set the weekly rhythm for each group

Create English B1 with Tuesday and Thursday lessons at 17:00. Add the teacher, classroom, and ten-student capacity, then review the recurring lessons in your calendar. Use class names and categories to distinguish languages and levels.

  2. 02

Keep the same group on each week’s roster

Add students individually or import a CSV, then enroll each student in the weekly times they attend. For a twice-weekly group, select both Tuesday and Thursday. Your team manages enrollment; students don’t need accounts.

  3. 03

Check attendance for the right lesson

Open a lesson date to see its roster and available places. Record attendance for today’s or past lessons, and handle a student’s cancellation for one date without changing their regular enrollment. Linked teachers with workspace access can manage their assigned rosters and attendance.

See monthly charges and recorded payments together

For example, check a student’s €90 monthly charge, record the payment you collected elsewhere, and review their outstanding balance. Keep payment methods, dates, and notes beside the student’s enrollment details.
