How it works in your clinic

From the weekly timetable to each client’s record.

  1. 01

Set up your pilates groups and regular sessions

Create Reformer Small Group on Monday and Wednesday at 18:00 with four places and the physiotherapist who teaches it. For a recurring one-to-one session, set the capacity to one.

    Set up recurring classes
  2. 02

Give each client their regular weekly place

Add clients individually or import a CSV, then enroll them in the times they attend. They appear on every date’s roster automatically. Your team manages enrollment; clients don’t need accounts.

    Enroll regular clients
  3. 03

Keep each date’s roster and attendance right

Open a class date to see who is booked and how many places are left. Record attendance, cancel one date without touching the regular place, and add a linked replacement in another class with space.

    Manage rosters and attendance
  4. 04

See who has paid this month

Review each client’s monthly charge, record payments collected at reception or by bank transfer, and see outstanding balances. Keep the method, date and a note with the client.

FAQ

Questions about clssrm for physio clinics with pilates.

Is clssrm a clinical records or EHR system?

No. clssrm manages class operations: schedules, rosters, capacity, attendance and payment records. Keep clinical notes, assessments and treatment records in your clinical system.

Can I run one-to-one sessions as well as groups?

Yes, for recurring sessions. Create a class with a capacity of one and enroll the client in their regular weekly time. clssrm is built for regular schedules, not ad-hoc appointment booking.

Can patients book or pay online?

No. Your team manages bookings and records payments collected elsewhere. clssrm does not offer client self-booking or process payments, and it does not handle insurance claims.

Can I limit reformer classes to the number of machines?

Yes. Set each class’s capacity, for example four places for four reformers, and see booked and remaining places for every date. clssrm tracks capacity, not individual equipment.

How much does clssrm cost?
