“clssrm changed how we run the studio. Before, a shared Google Calendar and countless Excel sheets made it hard to track class availability, pending payments, and cancellations. Now everything runs seamlessly, and our Pilates instructors can manage their own class availability.”

How it works in your studio

A regular week, with room for changes

  1. 01

Set the right capacity for each class

An eight-place Reformer class and a fourteen-place Mat class have different limits. Set their weekly times, instructors, and capacities, then check booked and available places for each date.

    Set up recurring Pilates classes
  2. 02

Give regular clients their weekly places

Enroll a client in the weekly classes they attend. Their enrollment carries into each date’s roster, so you don’t recreate the same list every week.

  3. 03

Handle a missed class without changing the regular place

Cancel a client’s booking for one date and arrange a linked replacement. Their usual weekly enrollment stays in place. Linked instructors can manage bookings and attendance for their assigned sessions.

    Manage class rosters and capacity
  4. 04

Keep attendance and payments with the client

Record attendance for each class and check monthly charges, recorded payments, and outstanding balances on the client’s record. Continue collecting payments through your existing arrangements.

FAQ

Questions about clssrm for pilates studios.

Can I replace my Pilates scheduling spreadsheet?

Yes. Add your classes and weekly times, then add clients individually or import a student CSV. Your team can manage regular enrollment, bookings for individual dates, attendance, and payment records in the same workspace.

Can clients book classes online?

No. Enrollment and dated rosters are managed by the studio. clssrm is an internal operations tool, not a booking marketplace.

Can I track reformer capacity?

Yes. Set the class capacity and see the booked count and remaining places for each dated session. clssrm does not assign individual reformers.

Does clssrm process card payments?

No. It records payments handled elsewhere, including the amount, your chosen payment method, date, and a note.

How much does clssrm cost?
